You will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Pacific Mall: Unit E21, 4300 Steeles Ave East, Markham (12:30pm to 5:30pm everyday)
In-Store Pickup:
- Once your order has been successfully fulfilled, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order is ready for pick-up.
- Upon pick up, customers must provide the confirmation email along with a valid photo I.D. Customers may be asked various information to verify and confirm that this is their order.
- If you would like someone to pick up your order on your behalf, please email info@timescircle.ca with your order number and the person’s name and address as written on their I.D.
